Hristo Provadaliev House

The residential and commercial building was built in 1915 according to a project of the Bulgarian architect . It was built by the merchant, wine producer, famous public figure, and member of the Varna Revolutionary Committee, Nikola Provadaliev for his son Hristo Provadaliev. The Provadaliev family originates from the Momov family from . The family moved to and lived there from 1840 until 1850 and adopted the surname Provadaliev. After 1850 they moved to Varna where they built and owned an inn and a distillery. One of the local distilleries was often used as a hiding place for revolutionaries. In this building, a meeting took place between the Varna Revolutionary Committee and .

In the elevated part of the Art Nouveau building, you can see a beautifully decorated surrounded by two vines. The roof is supported by , which are adorned with and . At some places, you'll also be able to see some strips of . In many other places, you'll be able to see fragments that are decorated with bunches of grapes and . Underneath the that's supported by two corbels, you can see a beautifully detailed eagle. There's a small balcony on top of the oriel window, which is secured by a cast iron railing.
