Ivan Papanchev House

The residential building was built in 1911 and was built for Ivan Papanchev and his family. The design of the building came from a project of the Bulgarian architect and the Bulgarian engineer .

The last renovation took place somewhere after 2015 giving the building back its former glans.

On top of the Neo-Baroque building, you'll be able to see a small dome with a spire on top of it. The mansard roof contains a lot of dormers, all of them are adorned with and with Doric . The big dormer above the main entrance door is even decorated with a decorative shell, a , and an motif.
