Unfortunately, little is known about the building and its inhabitants or who the architect of the building is. Judging by the style, the building must have been built somewhere at the end of the 19th and the beginning of the 20th century.

The most eye-catching part of the building, built in the styles of Art Nouveau and Neo-Baroque, is the on the southeastern corner. Underneath it, you'll be able to admire two supportive , which are embellished with foliage and lion head . On top of the oriel window, you can see a small balcony with a cast and wrought iron railing, which is adorned with a garland wreath. On both sides of the oriel window, you'll be able to see a . At some places, just underneath the roof overhang, there are some ornaments that are decorated with a shell and a garland. Underneath the windows on the third and second floor, you can see richly decorated . The main entrance is located on the east side of the building, which is closed off by a beautiful wood carved door.
