Atanas Iliev House

The residential and commercial building was built in 1921 and was designed by the architect and was built for Atanas Iliev. In 1985 a reconstruction took place which changed the appearance of some parts of the building.

The building is built in the Neo-Baroque style with some elements of Art Nouveau. On top of the segmental roof you'll see a decorative vase and underneath it a . Smaller versions of this cartouche can be seen on top of the second floor, next to the beautiful small and the . On top of the oriel window, you can see a small balcony with a cast iron railing, and underneath it, a beautifully detailed that holds a garland in her hands. The last two features were not present in the original drawing and are added later. Underneath the windows on the second floor, you can see ornaments of baskets filled with flowers. The two ornaments above the straight , as well as the main entrance door frame, are adorned with foliage.
