Vasil Drazhkov House

The residential and commercial building was built for the Bulgarian teacher Vasil Stoyanov Drazhkov. He was a member of the Varna Chamber of Commerce and Industry and a teacher at the Varna Secondary School of Commerce. The building was designed by the Bulgarian architect Manol Yordanov and was built in 1915.

On the top of the corner of the Art Nouveau and Neo-Baroque building, there's a bell shaped dome with a blunt on top of it. The fragments within the segmental , as well as on top of the are lavishly decorated with floral ornaments. On the circular corner part of the building, you can see the initials В.С.Д. (V.S.D.), which is surrounded by the years 1921 and 1922.

On the north and the east side of the building, you'll see a semi-hexagonal , one of which has a hip roof on top of it and the other a balcony with a wrought iron railing. Both of the oriel windows are supported by two , which are decorated with . On the first floor, there are a total of three pointed all of which are adorned with flowers, volutes, and even what looks like a pineapple, which once symbolized unreachable wealth. On the bottom of each of the corbels that support the pediment, you can see three . At the back of the building, there's a hexagonal shaped tower like structure with a roof terrace on top of it, which is secured by a stone balustrade that contains . Just to the left of it, you'll be able to see a pretty big .
