Nissim Nathan House

The construction of the residential building started in 1911 and finished in 1912 and was built for the Bulgarian Jew Nissim Nathan. The design of the building came from the hand of the Bulgarian architect Manol Yordanov.

On the east side of the Art Nouveau building, there's a segmental roof with underneath it a that contains the initials N.N., and is surrounded by floral ornamentation. Between the windows, there are two fragments with three . Underneath you can see an with a balcony on top of it, which is secured with a cast iron railing. The oriel window is supported by two , that are decorated with floral ornaments. In between the two corbels you can see more floral ornamentation, as well as above all of the windows.

On some parts of the facade, you can see some vertical columns that are decorated with foliage and guttae. In between some of them, you'll be able to see a face of a , as well as a cartouche and some more floral ornaments. There are protruded above each of the windows on the first floor with a decorative shell on top of them.

There are two more balconies, one of which is located above the entrance door on the eastern side and the other on the northern side of the building. On this same side, there's another entrance with above it a cartouche that contains the construction date 1912.
