Emilio Radelia House

The residential and commercial building was built in 1927 and was designed by the Italian architect Emilio Radelia, for the needs of his family. Emilio is the brother of the Italian architect . Both of the brothers created several projects in Varna. In 1925, Emilio Radelia got married to Elisabetta Merle in , which was announced in the newspaper.

Between 2015 and 2019 a renovation of the building took place, changing its color from light blue to darker blue. In 2020, Kombina received a building permit, which entered into force the same year, combining architectural and construction cultural values into a modern architectural project. The new part was designed by architect Konstantin Dimov and architect Ekaterina Kondeva-Zlateva. The structural part was designed by engineer Anastas Gonov.
The 2020 project
The building has a symmetrical southern facade, that is almost identical to the western facade and is built in the styles of Eclectic and Art Nouveau. The segmental top gables are flanked by two decorative vases. Underneath the circular window, as well as the windows on the second floor, you can see an that's adorned with six . The building also contains many geometric shapes, such as squares and circles. The building also contains two balconies on each side of the building, which are secured with a cast iron railing.
