Nikolovi Pharmacy

- Aleksandrovska Street 89 -
The residential and commercial building was built in 1895 and was most likely designed by the architect Spiros Valsamaki. It was built for the merchant and construction entrepreneur Gatyu Tsonev with shops on the first and offices on the second floor. In 1902 he had a second house built across the street. In 1936 he sold this house to Lora Menahemova, probably to help his son Stoil Tsonev finance his factory for the production of medical cotton. In 1956 a reconstruction was carried out, which connected the neighboring house with the pharmacy on the first floor. In 2002, Lyudmil Nikolov of the Nikolov pharmacy bought the building from the Menahem heirs in Austria.
