- William Gladstone Street 11 -
The construction of the factory building was finished in 1904 and the design was created by the architect Edward Winter. It was built for the manufacturer Isaac Glickman, who was one of the largest manufacturers of hats in Ruse, where he registered his company in 1884. The factory is equipped with modern hydraulic presses, sewing machines, and wooden molds. The factory has branches in , , and Tarnovo, nowadays . In 1927, Isaac Glickman and his son George Glickman left the company and joined Hat Industry Ltd.

In 1914, the two brothers Artyun and Haim Hachik Vartanian bought the building. In 1905 they fled and moved to Ruse where they built a small house. They had a sewing workshop, and a hat factory and were engaged in the production of socks. Artyun Vartanian died in 1942 and the house was left to his brother and his daughter Anka, who was born in the house.
