Eduard Sarafyan House

The residential building, which was built in 1912, was built for Eduard Sarafyan and is still owned by his heirs. Not much else is known about the former owner, nor the architect who designed the building.

The beautifully decorated main facade of the Neo-Baroque building contains a lot of . Many of them are surrounded by floral ornaments, like laurel twigs and foliage. The cartouches located above the windows on the second floor even contain a female . Above the cartouches, on the second and third floors, you'll see a that flows perfectly along with the shape of the cartouche. The cornice on the third floor even contains some , the same ones that decorate the on the first floor. Between the first and second floor, you can see a fragment that's adorned with multiple decorative shells laid within each other.
