Tsonyu Hedyalkov House

The residential and commercial building was designed by the Austrian architect Eduard Winter and the construction was completed in 1904. It was built as an income building for the entrepreneur Tsonyu Hedyalkov, but is better known among the people of Ruse as the Manev Pharmacy. The pharmacy was owned by the Russian pharmacist Stefan Manev. Due to its favorable geographical location, the city became a deposit center for the import of medicines from Austria-Hungary. His son Georgi Manev is also a pharmacist, and his name is largely associated with the development of sports.

On the corner of the Neo-Classical building, you'll be able to see a broken segmental . At certain places underneath the roof , you'll be able to admire some like . Either a straight or a pointed pediment is placed above the windows on the second floor. Within the pointed pediments, you'll be able to see a female . Some of the windows on the second floor are flanked by that are crowned by Corinthian . Underneath some of the windows a can be seen, containing five that are adorned with foliage. The balcony, which is placed on the corner of the building is supported by two corbels and is secured with a beautifully decorated wrought iron railing.
