Elias Ventura House

The architectural design of the residential and commercial building was most likely made by the architect Vasil Roglev. It was built in 1915 for the Austrian manufacturer Elias Ventura. In 1905, he started producing new models of ties and hats, together with his partner Moses Ventura. In 1912, he commissioned the construction of this building, built for the production and sale of fashion items. In 1919, the two partners joined the large Lazar & Co. Commercial and Industrial Enterprise. The company produces a variety of straws, cloth hats, and ties. In 1932 the liquidation of the company was announced, and at the same time, the pharmacy of Nikolov was located on the first floor. After 1944, the pharmacist Nikolov moved to , and the pharmacy was nationalized. The original pharmacy furniture with equipment from is still preserved.

The symmetrical building, which was built in the style of Art Nouveau, contains a semi-hexagonal on both sides. The oriel windows are beautifully decorated with , as well as two ornamental peacocks.
