Bozvelievs Family House

The residential and commercial building, which was built in 1925, was designed by the Italian architect . It was built by the order of the Bozveliev family, merchants who were famous as producers of the softest brandy in the region. The wine, brandy, mastic and cognac produced by the owners were stored in the cellars in huge barrels. The ground floor was a store for colonial goods and a winery, and in the back of the house were the cauldrons for brewing brandy.

On top of the symmetrical building, which is a mix of Art Nouveau and Art Deco, you can see two fragments underneath the pointed that are embellished with pinecones. A bit further down, you'll be able to see an motif, as well as some fragments that are decorated with . The building contains many strips of , as well as two round shaped . The two supportive are adorned with even more guttae, which also counts for some of the ornaments that are placed on the oriel windows. The fragments on the bottom are adorned with whiplash lines and flower buds. The underneath most of the windows contain the same as the stone balustrade of the balcony, which is placed on top of the oriel windows.
