Former Bulgarian Belgian Bank

The residential and administrative building was built in 1915 and is most likely the work of the Bulgarian architect Georgi Stoyanov. The construction was carried out with foreign capital, which was provided right before the declaration of the . The building was built for the Bulgarian Belgian Bank and the two upper floors are rented out with residential purposes. The other floors were in use by the bank, one of which was inhabited by the manager of the bank.

The richly decorated building is an elegant mix of the styles of Neo-Baroque, Neo-Renaissance and Art Nouveau. The building contains two different sized balconies on the corner of the building. The underneath the lower balcony are adorned with two small and foliage, while the ones of the upper balcony are adorned with and a decorative shell. At the top, you'll be able to see a curved that on both ends ends into a volute and has a attached to it. The same spectacle can be found on the north side of the building, but in this case it is slightly smaller. Above third and second floor windows, you can admire a , which is supported by two corbels, some of which are decorated with . A cartouche is placed underneath these same windows, which is surrounded by acanthus foliage or fragment that contains guttae in the shape of an acorn. Above the windows you can either see an motif, or a strips of , which can also be seen underneath the roof cornice. At some places, this last mentioned strip got interrupted by different sized corbels. The beautifully decorates are topped with a garland wreath, while at the bottom you can see a flowers, which is hanging upside down.
