Polon Dimitrov House

The residential building was built in 1912 by a merchant, who is Greek by origin, who left Burgas and returned to Greece, leaving the old engineer Polon Dimitrov as his representative. Later on, the building was also inhabited by the Kolarovi and Panovi families.

The building, which is built in the styles of Neo-Renaissance and Neo-Baroque, contains a rectangular that's supported by two . On the same level as these corbels, you'll be able to see some ornaments that are decorated with geometric forms. A balcony is placed on top of the oriel window, which is secured with a wrought iron railing. The building features a lot of , , as well as . Above the circle top windows, you can either admire a or a of a lion head. On both sides of the main facade a is placed, which is crowned with a Composite . Underneath the roof , as well as in the segmental part that's placed on top of the building, you can see a strip of . Within this last mentioned part, you can also see the construction year 1912 and the initials Е.К.
