Georgi Kondouris House

- Ulitsa Filip Kutev 14 -
Some of the building materials used in the building, which was built around 1900, were imported from Greece but also locally manufactured. The building was most likely built according to the design that was created by the Italian architect , but there are some sources that claim that the project was created somewhere in Greece. It was constructed for the Greek merchant Georgi Kondouris, who was a real estate owner, as well as a trader in goods from mainly Greece. Over the years the building housed a consulate and the headquarters of the coastal army, which remodeled the interior, due to frequent changes of occupants and purpose.
