Albert Presenti House

The residental building was built around 1910 for the Jewish Bulgarian entrepreneur Albert Presenti, who was the son of the great banker and merchant Isaac Presenti. Isaac owned a plot at Aleksandrovska Street 28, which has been converted into a credit and trading house. On the first floor there were commercial offices, as well as the perfumery and drugstore of Isaac Presenti's sons, Ernesto and Albert. Later, the house became the property of Senora Nissim Albert Presenti and the merchant Haim Papo. For a long period of time, the first floor was used as a laboratory by the company named the Copper Mines.
