Hristodurovi Family House

The residential building, whose function later changed into an administrative one, was built in 1928, shortly after the earthquake. It was highly likely built according to a design that was created by the Bulgarian architect . Over the years the building was inhabited by multiple families, including the Hristodurovi family. Also, the family of Doctor Branislav Grabovski lived in the building, including his sons Ivan and Vladimir, who in 1923 was an assistant mayor of Plovdiv and associate of . Later, when the building was adapted to its administrative function, the building became in use by the Municipal Directorate of Ecology and Environmental Protection.

On top of the segmental of the protruded part of the building, combining the architectural styles of Eclectic with Neo-Baroque elements, you can admire a decorative vase, which is used as a . The , which is placed on top of the circle top window, differs from the ones used above some of the first floor windows. Above all windows where no cartouche is placed, you can see a instead. Some of the that are placed underneath the first floor windows are adorned with an ornament consisting of a , and foliage, as well as a beautiful interplay of lines. The wood-carved main entrance door is lovely and adorned with a that's crowned with an Ionic , cartouches, acanthus foliage, and other floral ornamentation. The balcony, which is placed above this entrance, is secured with a stone balustrade and supported by two , all of which are embellished with floral motifs.
