Lichev Family House

The two-story residential building, which was built in 1922, was constructed according to a design that was created by the Bulgaria architect Alexander Varbenov. It was owned by the members of the Lichev family, which has been associated with Plovdiv since the years of the of Bulgaria. The rich Ivan and Velichka Lichev are among the donors for the construction of the church , which is located in close proximity to this building. Their son, the famous merchant Licho Lichev, who was born on November 1, 1872, was the heir.
