Former Golden Lion Salon

The residential and commercial building was built in 1923, which can be seen on the top corner of the building. It is unknown who commissioned the construction of the building, but it has been in use by the Golden Lion Salon for some time. Towards the end of the 1940s, the building was nationalized and given to the District Council of Trade Unions. During the renovation that took place somewhere between 2015 and 2019, the facade was completely renovated and changed its color from light blue to beige.

On the top corner of the building, which is designed in the styles of Eclectic and Art Nouveau, you can see a top gable that's adorned with a and a circular . The frieze contains , as well as some rectangular fragments with cut-out corners, which are embellished with a . The that can be seen on the third floor, are adorned with a decorative shell, while the ones on the second floor are adorned with geometric forms and rosettes. More rosettes are used in the wrought iron balcony railings and underneath these same balconies. Both balconies are supported by two , which are decorated with and . The that are placed underneath the third and second floor windows are also decorated with guttae. The same counts for the frames that are placed around the third floor windows, while they are also decorated with an motif and a beautiful .
