Stefan Uzunov House

- Hristo Botev Street 141 -
The construction of the residential building was completed in 1905 and was the work of the Bulgarian architect Zhelyazko Rashev. It was built for the needs of the Bulgarian doctor Stefan Uzunov and his family, who after his death sold it to the Bulgarian architect Mitko Todorov. He prepares a project for its restoration, but later gives up the property and sells it to a developer. In 1920, the artist and gardener Dimitar Ivanov-Shopa, designer of the city park called Ayazmoto, created a picturesque garden in the courtyard of the house. The building underwent a complete renovation in 2022.
