Neiko Tonchev House

The residential building, which was built in 1924, was constructed according to a project of the Bulgarian architect Zhelyazko Rashev. It was built for Neiko Tonchev and his family, which can be seen in the relief letters on one of the top gables that can be seen on the south side of the building.

The building is built in a modern and geometric Art Nouveau architectural style and contains multiple strips of , as well as lots of reliefs. They can be seen underneath the roof , as well as above the windows on the second floor. On the east side of the building, you'll be able to see a semi-circular with a small balcony on top of it, which is secured with a beautifully decorated wrought iron railing. On the south side of the building, you can see a small that covers the access to the southern entrance door. It's secured with a stone balustrade that contains the same as the balustrade that secures the balcony above the arcade.
