Former Hotel Trakia

- Tsar Simeon Veliki Boulevard 102 -
Several architects participated in the construction of the former hotel building, which was built in 1914. The construction of the building was commissioned by the Trakia Hotel to house their hotel. The upper floors were given a residential purpose, while the first floor was given a commercial purpose to house several shops. Years later, the first floor still serves that last purpose, but the purpose of the upper floors changed and became in use by the Regional Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry.
