Atanaska Bineva House

The residential building was built somewhere at the end of the 19th and the beginning of the 20th century. It is unknown who commissioned the construction, nor which architect designed the building. It is known that the house was owned and inhabited by a certain person named Atanaska Ivanova Bineva and her family.

Underneath the segmental of the top gable of the building, which is built in the Neo-Renaissance style, you can admire a that's surrounded by a lavishly decorated . The balcony door that leads to a balcony that's secured with a lovely wrought iron railing, is flanked by two that are crowned with a Doric . The strips of , which are placed underneath certain parts of the roof cornice, are adorned with foliage. A pointed is placed above the first floor windows, which are supported by . One of the basement windows that's facing the street, is barred with beautifully decorated wrought iron security fences.
