- Tsar Ivan Shishman Street 85 -
The residential building was built in 1910 for the family of the Bulgarian merchant and Colonel, Mihail Bunardzhiev. From April 4, 1921, until April 30, 1921, before he became colonel, he was a lieutenant colonel and commander of the twelfth Balkan Infantry Regiment. From December 18 until December 20, 1938, as a guest of the Bunardzhiev family, the solemn literary reading of the poems of the poet were held in the building. After 1946, when the building was nationalized, it was painted blue and housed the Regional Inspectorate for the Environment and Water of the Stara Zagora Municipality. Later, after its restitution, it became the property of the company called Toplivo. During that time, the building underwent a restoration by the architect Banko Banov, which gave the building back it original color.
