Dosyu Valev House

The residential and administrative building, which was built in 1910, was built for the Bulgarian manufacturer and public figure, Dosyu Valev. He was born in 1840, in Stara Zagora and was married to Slava Nikolova Valeva, and together they had six children, two of their sons being Dimitar and Valyu. He ran the company called Dosyu Valev and sons, which owned an iron factory and was specialized in the wholesale grain trade.

Many dormers are placed within the scaly sheet mansard roof of the building, which is built in the styles of Eclectic and Neo-Classical. On the same level, just above the main entrance, you'll be able to see an open pointed . The pediment features a strip of , as well as an that is adorned with six . The main entrance door is covered by a with a balcony on top of it, which is secured with a balustrade that contains the same as the balustrade of the loggia. There are two stairs that lead to the loggia, both secured with a wrought iron banister. Underneath the roof , you can see another strip of dentils, as well as two different styled fragments that contain a . The window frames, as well as the , are embellished with geometric shapes, , and . Underneath these same windows, you can admire another apron, which is decorated with differently shaped guttae.
