Tepedeliev Family House

- Trapezitsa Street 1 -
The two story building, which houses a commercial function on the first floor and a residential function on the upper floor, was built somewhere at the end of the 19th and the beginning of the 20th century. The construction, which was owned by the Tepedeliev family, was completed by a project created by an unknown architect. Over the years the commercial part was in use by several different shops, including the shops that went by the name Rodopa and Pokazen. The Pokazen stores were a type of grocery store, which were created at the end of the 1960s. The idea for the shops, which were located in the central parts of the largest cities in the country, was to offer rare and unusual goods at higher prices compared to the subsidized prices of mass goods.
