Sava Karagyozov House

Another residential and commercial building that was built by the hand of the Czech architect Toma Varhota, was built already in 1903. The construction of this building was also commissioned by the Bulgarian merchant Sava Karagyozov and his wife Dana. They are listed as donors in the inventory book of the Men's High School in the city of Shumen. Later, this house was also bought by the Bulgarian dentist Yordan Zhekov.

A haberdashery and knitting shop is located on the ground floor and in addition to the store, there is a flannel and hosiery factory.

On top of the building that's built in the styles of Eclectic and Neo-Renaissance, you can see a pointed dormer. If you look a bit further down, you can see the construction year 1903, which is placed within the frieze. The beautiful wooden balcony door, that leads to the balcony that's secured with a wrought iron railing, is adorned with pointed . The three windows that are located underneath the balcony, are flanked by two curved that are crowned with a Composite . The frames that are placed around the second floor windows are embellished with pretty unusually shaped . Underneath these same windows, you can either see an or a rectangular with cut-out corners.
