Savings Bank Palace

- Trg Slobode 7 -
The construction of the three-story building, which was built with a commercial and an administrative function, was carried out in 1904. It was built by a design that came from the hand of the Hungarian architect of Jewish origin, and was built for the Novi Sad Savings Bank. It was built on the plot where once the luxury house of the Dedinski family stood for which the project was designed by the now-forgotten Jozef Divišovski. Later on, the building gained an educational function, as the Faculty of Philosophy took up residence in it, and in the 1980s it returned to its original purpose when it became the seat of the Vojvodina Bank.
