- Trg Svetog Đorđa 8 -
The current two-story residential and commercial building, which was constructed in 1910, was built on a plot where the house of wealthy merchant and businessman Sima Bikar used to stand. The current building was built for Sima Pavlović, who was the President of the Management Board of the Somborska Trade and Crafts Bank. In addition, he was also a landowner and a long-time official county physicist who was considered to have become rich and acquired a large estate by exempting conscripts from military duty based on their health status. He didn't lived in the building for a long time, as he died the following year in 1911.

The commercial part, which is located on the first floor, were leased by Đorđe Racić and Lazar Cvrkušić for their well-developed paint shop and grocery store. The pharmacy of Đorđe Antić was located in 1922 in one of the premises. Sometime later, Đorđe Antić will become the owner of this building. His pharmacy was, at the same time, a large warehouse of medicines and medical equipment, from where other pharmacies in this part of this region were supplied. In 1944, he voluntarily handed over the pharmacy to the new partisan authorities, which was located here until 1960. In 1928, the shop of Lazar Cvrkušić worked here for some time, and later, a part was leased by the textile merchant Šlicer, and after him by the wool merchant Ignjac Herman.
