The two-story building, which was built in 1884, was built for both residential and commercial purposes. It's assumed that the project for the construction was created by the Serbian architect . The building consists of two separate houses with independent entrances, which are under a common roof. The construction was carried out on behalf of the merchant Milorad Pavlović, who, in addition to his work as a merchant, was also president of the temporary board of the Automobile Club of the Kingdom of Yugoslavia. The first meeting of the club under the presidency of Milorad Pavlović was held on July 24, 1922, in order to constitute the first Administration. At that assembly, fifteen members were elected to the Management Board and five members to the Supervisory Board.
