The construction of the two-story building, which was built to house commercial premises on the first floor and residential premises on the upper floor, was completed in 1907. The construction was carried out according to a design that came from the hand of the Serbian architect of Czech origin, and it was built for the Jewish merchant Aron Levi and his family.
