Ladislav Priner House

- Bežanijska 29 -
The two-story building, which was constructed in 1911, was built with a residential function on the second floor and a commercial part on the first floor. The design for the construction of the building came from the hand of the architect Jozef Marks, which was built for Ladislav Priner and his family.

On top of the Art Nouveau building, you'll be able to see some decorative vases, which are placed on top of a pier. These piers are connected with wrought iron ornamentation, one of which contains the construction year 1911. Besides an motif, there are also quite a lot of fragments placed above and around the second floor windows, which are lavishly decorated with floral ornamentation. Underneath these same windows, you can either see a balcony that's secured with a wrought iron railing, or an that's adorned with a zigzag motif.
