Faculty of Agriculture Building

The four-story educational building, which was built for the Faculty of Agriculture, was constructed in 1932 on the site of the former Kontumac. It was originally built as a two-story building, according to the design that was created by the Serbian architect Vojin Petrović, as well as the architect Gojko Tadić. In the period after the , between 1947 and 1948, the building was upgraded with another floor. In the seventies of the 20th century, the building was extended, when a unique architectural unit was attached to the older part. The Faculty of Agriculture, which was founded in 1919, is a higher education institution within the University of .

The most distinctive feature of the Neo-Classical building is the on top of the eastern side of the building. The tympanum contains a sculptural composition of human and animal figures, as well as and an motif, which can be seen elsewhere as well. At this same height, you can admire loads of balustrades that all contain a total of sixteen , which differ from the ones that are used in the that are placed underneath the second floor windows.
