Ignac Levi House

The residential building was built on this site of the old house of Paje Natošević. It was bought by the Jewish merchant Levi Ignac in 1884, who demolished it to build a new house in its place that was built according to a design of the master builder and contractor Hanslian. Levi Ignac was engaged in the grain trade in the period from 1888 until 1906. The house was owned by the Levi family until 1936 when it was bought by the trading company called Lloyd and housed the Civic Casino with a reading room. After the , the house was nationalized, and later on, it houses the local community called Centar, a slot club, and a nightclub in the basement.

The Neo-Renaissance building features two , both of which are adorned with , as well as a , which is surrounded by two . The cartouche, which is decorated with and a , contains the initials I.L., which are the initials of the former owner. One of the strips of dentils that are placed under the roof is embellished with foliage. The friezes that can be seen in the parts of the building are adorned with .

The keystone that's placed within the segmental cornices that can be seen above the two entrances is decorated with a lion head . The segmental cornice is flanked by two that are holding a garland wreath and above them you can see a Greek key motif. The that flank the door are either crowned with an Ionic or a Doric . The Doric capitals are adorned with an motif, while the Ionic ones are adorned with a festoon. Three of the stone blocks that can be seen on the outer pilasters are decorated with the technique of .
