Agricultural Cooperative Building

The administrative building was built in 1926 by the Serbian Agricultural Cooperative of the Gradnuli-Čontikar municipality, which was founded in 1875. Their aim was to acquire land, especially pastures and moors, for the grazing of its members' livestock. Until 1937, the president changed every year, and since then the Cooperative was managed by a commissioner with an advisory board of 6 members. The creator of the fund stopped working during the , in 1943.

The building is built in the styles of Eclectic and Neo-Baroque and is richly decorated with . They can be seen on top of the protruded parts, as well as in the that are placed underneath each window. Above the windows, you can see a curvy that's supported by two . The windows are flanked by , which are crowned with a Corinthian . The circle-top windows above the main entrance door, as well as the oval window above it, contain beautifully decorated windows.
