- Kej 2. Oktobra 21 -
The residential villa was built somewhere in the 1880s for the lawyer Elek Keler. At the beginning of the 20th century, the chief county prosecutor Bela Poroškai lived in it, and since 1935 it has been owned by the merchant family Terzin. Since 1961, it has housed an amusement park, and later on, it housed a kindergarten. In 2007, part of the roof, the tower, and the eastern facade were renovated. The restoration in 2019 includes the complete restoration of the facade, the replacement of worn-out woodwork with a new one, which is modeled after the original, and the installation of new sheet metal cladding.
