Eden Mihajlović House

The residential villa, which was built in 1891, was built for the lawyer, landowner, and chairman of the Torontál County Orphanage Board, Doctor Eden Mihajlović. He was born in 1855 in Veliki Bečkerek, nowadays Zrenjanin, and he was married to Etta Parlaghi and together they had a son named Istvan Mihajlović. He died in , on December 11, 1912, at the age of 57, after a long period of suffering.

The most distinctive feature of the building that's built in the styles of Tudor and Romanticism, is the , which is placed at 45 degrees angle relative to the southwestern corner. On top of the turret, you'll be able to see a bell-shaped roof with a on top of it. The bottom of the roof of the tower is embellished with , as well as an on each corner. The part under the roof of the tower, as well as the dormer, is beautifully constructed by means of timber frame construction, which is filled with bricks. Most of the windows are topped with a straight , which is supported by two each. The building is richly adorned with , which gives it a nice multidimensional touch. On the northern side of the building, you can see a that covers the entrance on that side, which is made of wood including a .
