Vojislav Borjanović House

The construction of the residential building was completed in 1913 as a residence for the architect Janoš Panji according to his own design. He lived there with his family until the 1960s when it was bought and inhabited by Dcotor Vojislav Borjanović. Vojislav was the director of a high school and the first president of the Serbian Chemical Society, which was founded in 1952 in Zrenjanin. Renovation works were carried out during a period between 1986 and 1987, as well as in 2004 when only a part of the southern side of the building was renovated.
The technical drawing of the building
The building is designed in the Art Nouveau style and is beautifully decorated with the sgraffito technique. The building is rich in beautiful top gables, which are designed in all shapes and sizes. The roof features one dormer with a roof on top of it. The bottom of the roof is embellished with multiple layered wooden . The building contains a lot of , all with a pointed end, and many semi-spheres in different sizes.
