- Egnatia 14 -
The building, which houses residential and commercial functions, was built in 1925 according to the project of the Greek architect . From the very start, the building served as a hotel, which was owned by Haim Beracha and Isaak Revah. The latter was a partner in the company Yuda Bivas & Co., which traded haberdasheries and wicker hats. The company was the original purchaser of the plot. The plot remained the property of the company and was co-signed not just by Haim Beracha and his relative Rachel Beracha, but also by Yuda Bivas and his partners Haim Matarasso and Samuel Arditi.

In the past, the hotel hosted many famous singers, actors, and journalists. The hotel was closed down by the Germans during the but reopened as a hotel after the war. Although the current building doesn't correspond with the original drawings, it's unknown when the amendments were made.
