The construction of the four-story residential and commercial building, which was built according to a design that came from the hand of the Greek civil engineer , was completed in 1924. Half of the building was owned by the brothers Isakino and Roberto, who were the sons of Chaim Botton, who owned the largest jewelry store in Thessaloniki named Zenith. The other half of the building was owned by other tenants, Joseph Sakitoudis, Leon Yomtov, and Joseph Nissim. From 1943 until 1958, it was used as a municipality building, which provided municipal services. The semi-outdoor patio, which was located on top of the corner of the building, was demolished during the of 1978.

On top of the building, which is built in the styles of Eclectic and Neo-Renaissance, you can see a stone balustrade, some parts of which contain .
