Olympos Naoussa Building

The building, which was built with an administrative and commercial function, was built in 1926 on behalf of Leon Yomtov Yuda by a design that was created in 1925 by the Greek civil engineer . It was built on the site of the Splendid Hotel, which was destroyed by the of 1917. The upper two floors were in use as offices by the company named United Breweries of Olympus Naoussa, which was a merger of the breweries of Olympus and Naoussa. The brewery Olympus was founded in 1892 by Fernandez and Misrahi, and the brewery Naoussa of the Georgiadis brothers was founded in 1912. On the first floor, they opened a brewery with tasting room, as well as a restaurant that operated there until 1994.
