Paul Zsivkoich House

The building was originally built as a one-story residential and commercial building, which was owned by Paul Zsivkoich and built as a tavern in 1758. Later on, the building was upgraded with another floor, and in 1828, the owner of the property became Nanette Kojadinovich. A few years later, in 1840, the building became the home of a restaurant, which was named La Regele Greciei.

The roof of the building, which is built in the Neo-Renaissance style, is embellished with a strip of . The second floor windows are topped with an that either contains a or four . Above the architrave, you can either admire a segmental or a pointed . The second floor windows are flanked by pairs of , all of which are crowned with an Ionic . A is placed underneath two of the windows, which are incorporated with a total of five . The balcony, which is placed on the corner of the building, is supported by three and secured with a beautifully decorated wrought iron railing. The that's placed above the lovely wooden carriage gate contains a fragment that features the initials E.V.
