Kolyo Yorov House

- Slavyanski Boulevard 64 -
The three-story building, which housed commercial premises on the first floor and residential premises on the upper floors, was built somewhere at the beginning of the 20th century. It's not clear which architect created the design, nor who commissioned its construction, but it's clear that the shop of Kolyo Yorov called Nymph was located in the building. Kolyo's daughters were called Kitka, who was the younger one, and Evgenia, the older one. He owned a shop that sold glasses and therefore owned an optician, but some other sources also talk about the sale of sophisticated perfumery and cosmetics. The building was demolished sometime in the late 20th century to make way for the Shumen Administrative Court building.
