The construction of the three-story building, which was built with both a residential and a commercial function, took place somewhere at the end of the 19th or the beginning of the 20th century. The building was built to house a hotel, which was named Hotel Commercial. The hotel, which was owned by Konstantin Radev, was supplied with central heating and electric lightning.
